Do you really put customer first? Are you trying your hardest to exceed customer expectations?
I know you are “customer-driven” and you have the entire “human-centre design” package. It is in your mission statement, your objectives, your words, everywhere. After all, you did that half-day course so you know all about it now.
But, are you willing to pay the extra cost to remake your cockpit so you can put a better interface for the customer? Can you sacrifice some of your profits now to offer better UX in the long run? Are you curating the in-car experiences or are you adding all the features you can think of?
If you see it and know what to do, act. You don’t need more studies, more benchmarking, more experts… you already know enough.
